AIYA THE LABEL ships worldwide using Australia Post as our standard method of shipping. 

The time frames below are estimated only and will depend on your location. Please note that delivery may take longer if you live outside of the metropolitan area of major cities and during peak seasons such as when sales are running, Christmas and New Year.

Purchases are fulfilled and posted on Tuesday and Friday of each week, if you require your purchase on a specific date please contact us via email for this to be arranged. 

We ask our customers to please allow up to 5 working days for the dispatch of items due to the volume of orders. If you require your purchase urgently please contact us for priority service and we will advise if we are able to meet your requirements.


We offer EXPRESS shipping Australia wide! Shipping is flat rate $10 on Australian orders. Express shipping means your parcel will arrive to you approximately 1-3 business days after you receive your dispatch notification. 

We use Australia Post express post with tracking. You will receive an email from with your tracking number (check your spam folder), which you can use to track your order by clicking the following link  

Free shipping, is Australia Post standard shipping and may take 5-10 days for delivery depending on customers location.


We use Australia Post International Airmail /Registered International Mail/ Pack and Track / Express Courier Mail for all international orders.

Standard Airmail up to 7 – 12 business days, a flat rate of $15 for all international order. Please note that standard Airmail shipping does not come with tracking, the code that you received in the dispatch email just a reference number,it's not tracking number.


Pack and Track International Mail up to 7-12 business day with tracking number that tracks your parcel along its journey a flat rate of $20 to selected countries. 

Express Courier Mail up to 3 – 5 business days with tracking number, a flat rate of $28 to worldwide.

We will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control. This may include delays made by unforeseen weather conditions, a country's local taxes, duties or customs procedures or peak season.


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers must provide complete and accurate details when making purchases. AIYA THE LABEL is not liable for an incorrect delivery address being given at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to AIYA THE LABEL due to an incorrect delivery address having been given by a customer, the cost associated with correcting and re-shipping the order is the responsibility of the customer.
