AIYA THE LABEL ships with DHL or FEDEX

Please note that delivery may take longer if you live outside of the metropolitan area of major cities and during peak seasons such as when sales are running, Christmas and New Year.

Worldwide shipping with DHL and FEDEX is a flat rate of $15- once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number which you can utilise to track the package until it arrives safely at your door. 

AIYA THE LABEL reserves the right to engage the services of alternative mailing service providers when the aforementioned companies services are unavailable. Auspost Express will be utilised at times when sending orders within within Australia.

If an order is returned to AIYA THE LABEL due to an incorrect delivery address having been given by a customer, the cost associated with correcting and re-shipping the order is the responsibility of the customer.
